Owner @ Like Writing Services

I'm the owner and writer at "Like", a boutique writing agency, serving select clients in a range of industries. It's a one-woman show, so I have a personal connection with everyone I write for. My business ethos is simple: high quality products delivered on time, based on a professional, mutually respectful working relationship. In short, I love making great clients happy.

Blog Manager & Content Writer @ Outbrain

As a member of the growth marketing team, I spend my time managing the editorial calendar, researching and writing blog posts, and crafting SEO content to drive quality traffic to the Outbrain site. With around 1 million page visits annually, we're getting the job done! I also manage a team of freelance writers, as well as writing and editing email campaigns and video scripts, and supporting the team with all their English grammar-related questions.

Copywriter @ Kaleidoscope

After moving to Israel in the early noughts, I worked for a number of years as a freelance editor and proofreader for publishing houses. This is when I first tried my hand at copywriting. I wrote cover blurbs and book catalogs. Then, I decided to return to an office environment. I landed a job at Kaleidoscope Copywriting & Translations Ltd, where I polished my copywriting skills over 7 years, working with hundreds of clients from dozens of industries.

Classified Advertising Assistant @ The Age Newspaper, Australia

Here is where I first learned what a deadline is. This was in the late 90s, when classified advertising was still a thing. My job was serving customers on the phone, helping to script their ad while typing it out, making sure there were no spelling or grammar mistakes – all before  the print deadline. Sadly, the newspaper industry has changed and the classified ads floor, once a hive of activity, no longer exists... It was a great introduction to multi-tasking.

Good writing is like a windowpane.
